Slow and steady.

Evelyn has started to gain some strength and stamina, and she can now nurse for approximately 130 minutes per day (not that I'm obsessively counting or anything...). She is still getting supplemented with my milk, and today we decided to supplement using a bottle because the finger feeding was really wearing us out. So it was a selfish decision, but I'm sure it's one of many we'll make that might not be exactly the "right" thing to do according to the experts but are the right thing to do for our family. Our main goal is to keep her on breast milk exclusively, and despite the struggles we have been able to do that so we're happy. And we are pretty sure she'll get the hang of it soon. She's moving in the right direction.

Tomorrow school starts again. After two weeks away, I'm easing back into it as much as possible. We'll see how it goes. My main concern is with the logistics of going to meetings and classes around Evelyn's feeding schedule, but we'll figure it out.

My mom also arrived today and Evelyn got to meet her Momo. I think they are getting along well so far. :)
