I continue to grow! That means Baby B also continues to grow, and that is a good thing. I haven't experienced many changes lately - still have pretty regular heartburn and occasional nausea as a result. Still have sore hips through the night. But all in all it's not so bad for being 32 weeks pregnant. We're keeping our fingers crossed that it's 6 weeks to go at this point, but it could be 8 (at the most... thanks the ol' induction surprise plan). We have an appointment on Wednesday this week. Oh and we're touring the UNC Labor and Delivery department in a couple weeks just in case we do have to be induced - that way we're at least familiar with our surroundings at UNC.
In other exciting news, Jonathan turns 27 tomorrow! I'm thinking about baking him the Pioneer Woman's Chocolate Sheet Cake. My only hesitation is that I don't really have a sheet cake pan. I just have those 9x13 deep ones and cookie sheets. Hm. But this cake looks so ridiculously delicious... I anticipate that it will be a pretty low-key birthday. The gift he really wants from me doesn't come out until next week so he won't even have a present! We are often birthday slackers, though. Mine is a couple weeks away, and then there's Valentine's Day, so we tend to either go low-key for birthdays (usually combined) or V-Day. This year we seem to be procrastinating but I think we'll probably try to get fancy for Valentine's and go out to a nice dinner... and play it cool for birthdays. Hm.
Today is the big K-State vs. KU game and we'll be headed over to Jonathan's cousin Amy and Josh's to watch. Other than that and some homework for me, our weekend is pretty anti-climactic. But stay tuned for next weekend when we can bring you up to speed on the house hunt. We should be looking at 10-15 houses next weekend! Including THIS ONE, my current obsession.
Okay back to staring out at the snow! I love it!
