And as you can see, she's gorgeous. All tan and smiley, and this picture was taken just hours after a rather traumatic tooth extraction. She's way more resourceful than I am, and way more willing to break the rules that I sometimes over-follow. She's way more creative and way more musically-inclined. She put up with all my drama growing up, from dressing myself in neon leggings and flowery jumpers to being soooo into Nirvana and hyper-sugar (remember that?), to becoming an Evangelical Christian, to going off to college and never boomerang-ing myself back home. And all along she's told me she's proud of me.
I love you, mom.

I love you so much.
Thanks, I feel like a rockstar.
oh yea....
... on an unrelated note...
I was thinking this after being reminded of just how big a winner Jonathan is: Perhaps he should find a cool job that you have to WIN! Something like a Grand Opening somewhere... First place winner gets $70K/yr job...Y'know what I mean??? I'm just sayin'... I still have ABsolute faith that it's just about to happen. Both you guys are way too good and valuable for anything else. I love you way more than baby bunnies. xoxomom
