Today was Day 1 of Team Bartel training for the OBX Marathon. It was a success. You know that little twitchy thing that muscles do when you haven't made them work in a while? I mean after you work out, or after you do something involving muscles that don't get used very often. Well, my whole legs were twitching after this morning's run. So it's a good thing I'm making them get to work.
