I should be feeling relieved...

What will happen when my stress level reaches 10? No one knows... :)

There was a sharp increase on the week of 4/14/08... Which is when I defended. Surely my stress level will plateau sometime soon? Probably not. Nothing's really happening with the hunt... We learned from a recruiter that most jobs in the area are contractual, not permanent. There also suddenly seem to be a multitude of jobs in the KC area, just to taunt us.

I turned in my final final today, which means that I am almost entirely finished with three years of hard work. I just have a presentation tomorrow, class on Thursday, and that's it until graduation on the 17th. It's not over till I wear that hood on my head (which you're not really supposed to do, but I might have to live on the edge for a photo op with my class after the ceremony...)

Also, I generally love ice cream. But I've found one that's just awful. It's Edy's "Loaded with cookie dough" or something. And it's made to be soft, all the time. I'm not a fan. Yuck. I eat it and it makes me want to go get some good ice cream to erase the bad ice cream memories. :) I might just be too grumpy today?

If I had one wish I'd use it on securing Jonathan's permanent employment.
I'll continue keeping my fingers crossed.

"Be patient. Be patient. Don't be in such a hurry. When you get impatient, you only start to worry."
(Ask Adrian, or maybe even Jonathan, to sing it to you.)

It will happen. It will.
