Terror alert: Yellow.

The Durham County website cracks me up. First, because it says "official website" at the top. Like there are a bunch of "unofficial" Durham County websites running around, causing problems. And second because it has the "terror alert" all stylized and cute...

I'm obviously hunting for jobs on this breezy evening. It makes me want to poke my eyes out.

oh baby. Don't poke your eyes out... that'd leave a mark. It made my world even more perfect than it is to talk to you. In some number of years I think people will say, "I'm cookin like Chelsea Bartel" instead of Martha Stewart... Your food keeps us happy here. xoxoxomom

Wow! I'd never even looked at that site. I use the city site more often for info. They each have separate sites even though the city is pretty much the entire county. Whatever. At least I have another place to check our terror alert status before we head to the park.

Yeah I've looked at the city site too. And all of the little county/city/town sites in the area as well! They have tons of after-school/summer day camp jobs, but not too much in the way of Jonathan jobs.

I did finally remember to check out the state of NC job list - it's a goldmine! I'll pray something happens there. I've let my SAS dreams go. :)
