It starts. I haven't been sleeping well - last night and the night before. This happened for about a week prior to my interview at UNL and apparently I get the same fun a week before NC State's interviews. Last night I crashed at 9 and then woke up - wide awake - at 2 AM. And again at 4, 5, and 6. I relented and stayed up at 6, even though I have nowhere to be until 10:30 today. *Sigh*
Last night we continued our Valentine's Day tradition of making shrimp scampi with pasta and fresh Caesar salad. We didn't make dessert because we had our Girl Scout Cookies! Delicious. Unfortunately, we also watched "The Heartbreak Kid". Big mistake. And then I fell asleep.
