This is Halloween.

Jonathan and I both have a three-day weekend. It's been pretty sweet. Today Jonathan has been playing Guitar Hero III and thoroughly enjoying it. It's actually pretty cool that Jonathan can play with his brother. The internet amazes me again. And I'm okay with most of the music in the new edition. Weezer makes up for some of the ridiculously annoying tunes at least.

While Jonathan played, I finally tackled the office. This meant disassembling the table fan to clean and de-dust every part, and opening Jonathan's computer and attacking it with the canned air (well, he did that part because I'd probably break something in an effort to get it all sparkly inside). But it's finally clean and mostly organized. I think I need a house with walls that are entirely shelves. Or I could just get rid of some stuff at some point. Hmm...

After our hours of play and cleaning, we took a break to carve pumpkins on the driveway. Our first pumpkin-carving adventure as married people! Awww. We better get some trick-or-treaters, too, because we have all the good candy to give out.

Oh yeah, we watched Vacancy last night. I was pretty scared, but Jonathan wasn't a big fan in the end. I give it three and half stars. Tonight I think we'll watch The Bad Seed. I bet you haven't seen it. You should. It's awesome. "Give me my shoes, Leroy! Give me them. They're mine!"

In the near future on our social calendar: Tegan and Sara play the Grenada on Nov. 5... and Nickel Creek on the 14th! Get excited!

Happy Halloween!

Awesome that Tegan and Sarah are coming. They play in Denver this weekend but were sold out. No good tunes for me :(
