... because it's DONE!

You can follow the saga of the Laundry Nook here and here if you're so inclined. Just this morning I finally finished spray-painting those baskets on the top shelf (they were navy blue - just some old plastic baskets from Target that we had around). I made simple labels with an orange sharpie and an index card, and used a clothespin to keep them in place. The original plan was to have them turned the other way and have them go all the way across the top shelf, but they are too long for that and it's much more convenient to store the carpet cleaner where it is there, so we left it. Oh, and you might notice my green/yellow tennis balls. Turns out that finding orange tennis balls is more trouble than it's worth.
So there you are! One "room" down and many, many more to go. Especially if every closet is a room in itself... which of course it is. (I have indeed removed all six bi-fold doors from the three closets that originally had them. It just opens up the space so much and forces me to keep closets and nooks organized. I love it.)
