I'm breathing a little bit easier today, as Jonathan got a call and has a phone interview scheduled with NCDOT on Tuesday. Hurray! Now I just need to figure out which job this is... it's difficult to keep them straight when you apply to so many! We're both really excited about the prospect of working for "the man" because the man generally offers some sweet benefits (like cheap health insurance, random public holidays off work) and benefits are, of course, awesome!

We'll keep you posted on the job front. I'm off to get ready for a celebratory lunch in Topeka with Jonathan, as today's the day he gives the official two-week notice!
