My friend Courtney got engaged last night, on her birthday! Congratulations Court! She and James are talking about an Autumn wedding, which is of course my favorite time for weddings. I'm looking forward to flying home from NC to celebrate!
The evil job search continues here. I'm actually driving to Manhappiness tomorrow to pick up a transcript for Jonathan so that we can fax it in with a couple of applications for state jobs (they have deadlines and we just realized this). It brings back memories of overnight-mailing my grad school applications. Aaaah, memories.
The good news is the weather here has been gorgeous! We did some Saturday-morning driving and grabbed a couple cherry limeades to keep us company on a walk around Centennial Park yesterday, and today we trekked down to Mass St. for some Cold Stone. It's good to see buds on the trees and bright red tulips all over! Hello, Spring!
