We made this spicy orange chicken from our Everyday Food magazine and froze a bunch for lunches. It is so delicious - even when defrosted for lunch!

Or photo-worthy events at least. I did somehow manage to finish collecting data and perform my statistical analyses for the evil thesis, so it looks like I'll be defending by mid-April! Scary.
This weekend we're headed down to Wichita to celebrate Kael's birthday at The Anchor. We'll also be running wedding-related errands... We have to pick up our proofs and first batch of prints from the photographers, and I need to get my rings checked and cleaned. Good times will be had!
