We just returned from Liberty Hall, where we saw Juno. I'm pretty sure it's the best film I've seen in years. I'd watch it again right now, in fact. It was also our first trek to a movie at Liberty Hall, and the atmosphere was pretty sweet. Not all stale popcorn and sticky seats.
Also, I think that my New Year's Resolution will be to read and finish more books. It's a bit vague, I know, but I'm going to keep track of each book I start and finish in 2008. So far it's been The Kite Runner, which I finished last night. I found it well-written and engaging, but it wasn't exactly an escape for me... or a stress-reliever. I didn't know anything about the story going in. But yes, a good book. I am starting The Pillars of the Earth tonight. We'll see if I feel motivated to finish the tome once school rolls around again.
